Refund or Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is Land’s Honey Bee Company’s top priority.  Therefore, if you have a product that you wish to return, please notify us by email at landshoneyco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt. The email should include your name and the reason for the return.  We will email you back a Return Authorization number.

To be eligible for a return/refund, all products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the unopened original package along with the Return Authorization number.  All merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Once we receive your package, we will inspect the returned product and notify you regarding its status.  If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to your original form of payment minus the shipping fee.
